They look like Pogonomyrmex Bicolor to me. The picture is kind of dark but they do look like them to me.

They look like ants that belong to Formicinae subfamily, their waist have one segment and not two. Can we have close up shots of one ant, please, I think dspDrew is right about this.

OK they are not P. bicolor. I would go with Formica ravida.
